1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and mega88i ("mega88i", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the mega88i online gaming platform, including all games, services, promotions, and features available at mega88i.net (the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference (including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms are binding on all users of mega88i regardless of the device, browser, or method used to access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the mega88i Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. mega88i is strictly prohibited from persons under 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending verification.
2. Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
4. One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on mega88i. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
5. Not a mega88i employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and agents of mega88i, and their immediate family members, are not permitted to register or maintain player accounts.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on mega88i, you must register an account and complete the required identity verification process.

1. Registration information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and Malaysian mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2. KYC verification: mega88i operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering requirements. You may be required to provide a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of residential address (such as a utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and in some cases proof of payment method ownership. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may be restricted.
3. Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mega88i will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
4. Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify mega88i immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on mega88i are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mega88i accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability:

• Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• DuitNow, FPX
• Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank (online banking transfer)
• USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency)

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is RM 30, unless stated otherwise for a specific payment method or promotion.
2. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. A withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
3. Processing times: mega88i endeavours to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Actual settlement times depend on the payment provider. mega88i is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4. AML compliance: Withdrawals may be subject to additional documentation requirements under anti-money laundering obligations. mega88i reserves the right to delay or refuse withdrawals pending satisfactory AML review.
5. Currency: All accounts are denominated in MYR. Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted at the prevailing rate. mega88i is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

mega88i offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion terms.
2. Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain table games may contribute a lower percentage than slot games. Refer to the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
3. Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
4. Abuse: mega88i reserves the right to withhold or forfeit bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, exploitation of software errors, or any form of fraudulent activity.
5. One bonus per household: Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers are limited to one per household, shared IP address, or device.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mega88i Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

1. Registering or using an account on behalf of another person
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not consistent with legitimate player use
3. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including sharing hole cards in live casino games or coordinating betting patterns in sportsbook markets
4. Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities
5. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform
6. Charging back deposits, disputing legitimate transactions, or otherwise engaging in fraudulent payment behaviour
7. Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
8. Posting, transmitting, or distributing abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content via any communication channel on the Platform

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the mega88i Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, text, graphics, logos, audio, and video, is the intellectual property of mega88i or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of mega88i.

8. Responsible Gaming

mega88i is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

1. Deposit limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps
2. Session time limits: Configurable play session duration limits with automatic logout
3. Reality checks: Periodic on-screen notifications of time spent and net session result
4. Self-exclusion: Voluntary account exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent self-exclusion
5. Cooling-off period: Temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 7 days

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

1. mega88i provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
2. mega88i shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
3. mega88i's total liability to you for any claim arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
4. mega88i is not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure, payment provider outages, DDoS attacks, acts of God, or any other events beyond its reasonable control.

10. Suspension & Termination

mega88i reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

1. Breach of any provision of these Terms
2. Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe
3. Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity
4. Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority
5. Determination that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform or other players

Upon account closure, any verified and legitimate balance remaining in the account (after deduction of bonuses and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to AML clearance.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to the closure date.

11. Privacy & Data

mega88i collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

mega88i implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest.

12. Amendments

mega88i reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform no less than 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The current version of these Terms is always available at mega88i.net/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws under which mega88i holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by the parties directly shall be referred to the dispute resolution procedures established under mega88i's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
